Ready-to-wear pieces may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, unworn and with all original tags intact.

Custom-stitched pieces are non-refundable as they are made to your measurements.

To request an exchange, write to our care team or reach us on WhatsApp with your order number and a short note.

Refunds for eligible orders are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
